RHRP Event Information
DOCS Health will be conducting multiple Military Readiness Events throughout PA over the next few days, and we are staffing both medical and dental staff. If you are interested in any of these events, please click the link to sign up. You can sign up for multiple events!

Onboarding:
If you have not completed all your onboarding documents, you will be contacted by our onboarding team, or you can reach out to the team at onboarding@docs.health. This is mandatory to be completed in order to be paid promptly. As a general rule, payment is issued approximately 4 weeks following your work at an event. For a copy of the payroll calendar please ask your Event Manager.
Travel:
RHRP Per Diem – You will qualify for Per Diem compensation when you are staying in a hotel. Each location has a variable Per Diem rate. The average range is between $59 and $79 daily. This is based on current Federal Guidelines that can be found https://www.gsa.gov/
RHRP IRS Mileage Reimbursement Rate
You will qualify for mileage reimbursement if you are more than 50 miles round trip from the event site and are driving to the event in your personal vehicle. Mileage Reimbursement rate is based on federal guidelines and can be found at https://www.irs.gov/tax-
RHRP Other Travel Expenses
Other travel expenses such as airfare and hotel costs, shall be coordinated and booked by the DOCS Travel Team and will be paid for by DOCS when warranted and approved. You are eligible for a hotel if you are 50 miles or more from the event. You qualify for a flight on a case-by-case basis, at a minimum you must live more than a 3-hours’ drive from the event. You qualify for a rental car on a case-by-case basis if you live 100 miles or more from an event (Age restrictions applicable).
Training (NP’s, PA’s, and Dentists only):
If you have not completed your training, you will be contacted by our training department. Training is only required to be completed once. Please contact RHRPtraining@docs.health if you have not received training.
QTC Portal:
Upon assignment to your first RHRP group event only, you will receive a Welcome E-mail from QTC with information about the Provider Portal and instructions on setting up your username and password. This portal is the system you will use to login in and complete the Health Assessment. This applies to all personnel working at the event. Please be on the lookout for this!
Malpractice:
If you are a Dentist and you have not provided a copy of your current policy to onboarding, you will be covered under our policy. Please note that there is a $50 fee, per day worked at the event, that will be deducted from your paycheck for coverage under our policy.
Expectations:
Dental Assistants: Should be comfortable with chairside assisting, sterilization, X-ray, or dental admin position.
Dentist: Should be comfortable with dental exams. If you are doing treatment, we complete restorations, extractions, endo, and FMD’s.
Medical Providers: You will do periodic health assessments in the QTC Provider Portal. You must have access to this portal to complete the assessments.
Medical Support Staff: Should be comfortable with a vitals, vision, lab, immunizations, or medical admin position.
Admin Staff: Should be comfortable with check in/out intake duties or data entry position.
