Welcome to the DOCS Health and QTC Medical Group MHA Scheduling Portal.
We are now scheduling Mental Health Assessments through telehealth appointments for service members.
Dates Available: December 12 – December 15, 2023.
Please click the schedule appointment button to get started, and choose a convenient time for your assessment. Appointment times are generated based on provider availability.
Please note:
- Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email and text confirming your upcoming appointment.
- Within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive an additional email or text reminding you of your appointment.
- At the time of your appointment, you may receive a call from a “blocked” number, please answer, it will be the provider.
- MHA appointments can take 5-20 mins to complete.
