We are now scheduling Mental Health Assessments through telehealth appointments for service members.

Dates Available: December 16 – December 31, 2024.

  • Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email and text confirming your upcoming appointment.
  • Within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive an additional email or text reminding you of your appointment.
  • At the time of your appointment, you may receive a call from a “blocked” number, please answer, it will be the provider.
  • MHA appointments can take 5-20 mins to complete.
